Integrated Consulting Services, LLC (ICS) helps businesses get back on solid ground through innovative thinking and financial tools. We work with entrepreneurial companies with revenues between $5 million to $30 million by providing tools and an external perspective on their internal strategy, bringing their company to the next level.

How Do We Do This?
Many companies we work with have controllers and operations managers that are the “doers,” rather than the overall strategy thinkers. Because they’re working “in” the business and not “on” the business, they’re missing a component that gets them to the next step. We provide that component from a third-party perspective. We’re able to find out where they’re trying to go, so we can help businesses achieve success.
ICS Process
Below is the framework from which we base our strategy for working with companies:

Listen
It all starts by listening. Our goal is to truly understand the unique characteristics, challenges and opportunities that are specific to each business.

Gather Data
We then pull together historical financial information, customer and vendor details, payroll and finance specifics.

Build the model
The data is then analyzed in ICS spreadsheets and used to build the company specific model, which includes mathematical formulas based on the variables that are relevant to that business.

Make assumptions
With expert input from the business owner and company leadership we determine assumptions based on future goals, plans, seasonality and challenges.

Create the plan
With the model and assumptions in place, we create a 12, 24 or 36 month plan by month, as well as a 13-week cash flow report.

Execution
The work begins when the plans are in place. The team at ICS will work side by side with each business to execute the plan.
