Craig Siiro - CPA/ABV, CFF, CFE, CMA, CIRA, CAP

founder and CEO

Craig Siiro has spent over 30 years helping entrepreneurs achieve their vision and success. He has spent his professional lifetime learning about business and the entrepreneur. You should see his library and list of credentials. As a non-traditional CPA, Craig brings innovative solutions to entrepreneurs business problems. Craig and his wife have four sons, and spend their time playing golf, and spending time with family.

Cathy Sedacca

Managing Director

Cathy Sedacca spent 20+ years in the asset-based lending industry providing alternative financing for small businesses. Most recently she was co-founder and Director of Sales and Marketing for Sage Business Credit, which was sold at the close of 2019. She understands the tenacity required to build a business as well as the challenges that come with it. Cathy always brings her creativity and problem- solving skills to the table. Outside of work Cathy and her husband enjoy travel, live music, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

Sarah Buske

Consultant

Sarah Buske received her degree from The College of Saint Benedict in Accounting with a concentration in Finance. She worked at IBM as a financial analyst where she gained crucial Excel knowledge and communication skills. She is self-motivated and committed to providing sound data and analytical insights for our clients. In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, coffee, and relaxing with friends and family.

Jason Kosch - CPA

Consultant

After graduating from St. John’s University with a major in Accounting and Finance, Jason went to work at Deloitte in their audit practice until joining Integrated Consulting Services in the fall of 2019. At Deloitte, Jason gained experience working across multiple industries, working with both public and private companies. As a CPA, Jason is able to use his knowledge and experience to help our clients with all things accounting. He has an innate drive to learn, build relationships, and help clients achieve their goals and conquer their challenges. Outside of work, Jason loves all things outdoors, whether that is camping, hiking, paddling, or just hanging out with friends and soaking up the sun.

Jason Freeland

Consultant

After attending the University of Minnesota for accounting and financial management, Jason started his career as a fractional CFO for startup and turnaround companies. Through this experience, Jason purchased a variety of businesses during his 25 year career, ranging from manufacturing, to advertising, to most recently franchising.  This experience of managing companies through difficult times, makes Jason uniquely qualified for his role at Integrated Consulting. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family on the lake, or at the race track.
